Hey, I used different algorithm but also got WA. Have no idea what can be wrong. I tested a lot of different input data and for me it works. Don't know why I'm getting WA.

Oh, my stupidity Of course, now I know! I have to be more careful when solving next problems.

Unfortunately your proposal didn't help. Still got WA. I have no idea, what to do about this. Mayby someone can send me some tricky input data which is sensitive for rounding problem. It could help me to verify what's wrong.

What is the trick for this problem. I'm correctly converting numbers. I'm handling zero and vegative numbers. And still Wrong Answer I receive.

BTW: for line 2 10 -0 output should be
-0 base 2 = -0 base 10
or
-0 base 2 = 0 base 10
