Wow. I can't believe this silly little problem caused so much trouble to so many people. I spent a long time trying to solve it. Then I left it for 2 years, and now I went back to it and spent some more time (and WA submissions). Finally, I found that I forgot to convert the forbidden pairs to uppe...

I think this problem can be solved by using suffix tree or suffix array.
But my code of suffix tree got Memory Limit Exceeded,
another code of suffix array got Time Limit Exceeded. :(

About "Search"

I had some questions about problem 10236 yesterday, so I tried to search the keyword "10236",
but I couldn't find this topic:

To Gazi Shaheen Hossain :
I can't determine whether is your method correct. But my AC code just move 1,2,3 ... N train to their right places one by one.

To d91-lek:
I have seen your code. You just find the first "ATG" in the string as the head of the
strand , but maybe the head of the strand is not the first "ATG", so you should try all the
"ATG" as the head.

I think it is easier to bsearch the answer.

assume the answer is x,
so r^2-(r-x)^2=(l/2)^2 => r=(l^2/x/4+x)/2;

angle= 2arcsin(l/2/r)
l'' = r*angle

compare l'' with l' to run the bsearch
