Hi , I am also keep getting WA, i was suspicious about the division by 100 and then % 100 like others comment but since I got a double I do not think is the case. I can not get clearly a thing , how do you know, base on the description that the graph is both ways? . I have uploaded my code several times and always getting WA, I started to realize that i just added one direction edges.
