PLZ Help with 10189 Minesweeper WA.

i have several hours trying to discover what is wrong with my code, but i can't. :( :( :(
i compute many samples with my code and compare it with uva toolkit and is the same output.

I WILL APRECIATE ANY HELP SOMEONE COULD GIVE ME... :D
